True Colours; duo exhibition

A duo exhibition with work by Yuk-Kan Yeung and Guy van Leemput. In 2014, both artists were in Jingdezhen, the porcelain city in China, for a work period, at the invitation of Galerie Terra Delft. There, Guy and Yuk-Kan helped each other to achieve results abroad, with different porcelain than at home. This resulted in a friendship and respect for each other's capabilities. This exhibition is a follow-up to that. Yuk-Kan is known for her colorful decorations on white porcelain clay, which she treats like a painting canvas. Guy is known for his translucent bowls, wood-fired and with relief on the skin. In this exhibition we see their solo pieces in which their own identity emerges, as well as a number of works that were created in collaboration.
